LADD FOUNDATION

We help kids build confidence, resilience, and a strong mindset—for sport and for life.

Helping Youth Thrive—In Every Way

We want them to be curious, courageous, and kind. To chase their passions, make mistakes, and grow from them. To define success on their own terms, handle pressure with strength, and lead with compassion. Above all, we want them to know they are deeply loved—and that the power to shape their future starts in their own mind.

At the heart of the Ladd Foundation is a deep, personal commitment to supporting youth and giving back to the communities that shape us. Inspired by lived experience and driven by purpose, we believe every young person deserves access to the tools, resources, and support systems that allow them to thrive—mentally, physically, and emotionally.

One Mission. Many Voices. Real Impact.

Our mission is to empower youth by addressing the challenges that stand in their way. Whether it’s mental health and wellbeing, accessibility for individuals with disabilities, physical wellness, environmental concerns, or the fight against poverty, we show up where we’re needed most.

Our flagship initiative, 1616, is a bold step toward lasting, positive change for the next generation. With compassion at our core and community in our DNA, the Ladd Foundation is committed to building a stronger future—one young person, one act, and one community at a time.
